In support of this year’s World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2020, we are offering a free virtual gong meditation to all. Join us on Saturday at 8pm BST for a relaxing infusion of sound to help restore and strengthen your mind.
This year’s World Mental Health Day is focused on stimulating greater investment and wider access to mental health services for all. Amidst the challenges of COVID-19, mental health around the world is being challenged like never before. More people are talking about mental health, and there is an increasing awareness about the importance of mental health in the workplace. But awareness needs to be followed by action and access, especially as the world rebuilds. Investing in good mental health brings huge returns to individual lives, communities, businesses and economies, and society at large.
