About the Event

We will kick off the session with a gong bath to tune your mind and body, and ease into a state of introspection. A gong bath is a meditative and sensory experience during which sound waves 'wash' over you while you sit or lie in stillness. The stimulating sound waves have a positive impact on your mind, how you feel, how you relate to others.

In this relaxed state we will explore our true selves, who we really are and where peace, happiness and inspiration can be found.

This is fertile ground for insight, or 'New Thought' which can transform the way you perceive the problems/challenges in your life in an instant, or give you the inspiration to take the next step towards success.

After a break we will continue to explore the power of the human consciousness with an extended Q & A session.

This event is highly suited to anyone who enjoys trying new things and is interested in understanding and exploring more about psychology, emotions, feelings, inspiration, confidence as well as those who want to learn more about dealing with stress, anxiety, pressure, low self-esteem or depressed mood.
