About the Event
Would you like to learn the art of slowing down and becoming more present in your life? With mindfulness, you can live more deeply and learn to ride the waves of whatever arises within and around you.
In this course, you will go on a journey through the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and learn how meditation can invigorate your connection to yourself, your relationships, your work, and your life at large.
We will meet online every Wednesday from 7-8:15 pm GMT from 27th April through 1st June, and conclude with a day-long deepening retreat from 10am - 5pm BST on Saturday 4th June.
Everyone is welcome. You do not need any prior meditation experience or training. Together we will nurture a supportive and inclusive space. Because this is a pilot course, entrance is being offered on a donation basis.
By the end of the course, you will have learned the basics of meditation and how to incorporate mindfulness into your life to live more fully and freely. I can't wait to go on this journey with you!
If you have any questions, don't hestiate to reach out at selma@aboutgong.com. I hope you'll join us!
