Motherin' Mind
An Online Sharing Circle

Starting Monday, 25 March, Online

Join us for a protected online gathering for sharing, guided meditations, sound healing, and learning evidenced-based psychological strategies including mindfulness, to nurture your emotional wellbeing, no matter where you are on your motherhood journey.

We will meet online for 4 fortnightly Mondays starting 25th March from 8:30pm until 9:30pm, in additioin to a final closing session on Monday 10th June, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. The goal is to provide a safe space for open conversations, support, and connection.

Each session will focus on a different aspect/theme relevant to motherhood, such as identity (matresence), relationships, self-compassion, and the embodied experience of motherhood. In addition, we will practice a variety of wellbeing strategies including sound meditation, restorative yoga, mindfulness practices, journaling, and guided meditations.
You will be encouraged to share your thoughts, stories, and questions throughout, and together we will foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive community where we can learn from one another and find solace in our shared experiences, challenges, and triumphs.

This online sharing circle is an offering from Dr. Charlotte Bolt (Clinical Psychologist, Yoga Teacher, & Systemic Practitioner) and Selma Studer (Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor & Sound Therapist). Charlotte and Selma met 8 years ago while on a yoga retreat in Thailand. They kept in touch over the years, and by sheer coincidence they both gave birth to their first daughters just two days apart!Like every mother that came before, they were thrown into the barrage of emotions that comes with this new territory. Charlotte and Selma both felt a strong desire to connect mothers in an accessible space, and to share their skills in mindfulness and evidence-based psychological strategies to help others find their sense of self and grounding.

Whether you're new to motherhood, have been a mother for some time, or are soon to be a mother, don't miss this unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who understand the joys and struggles of motherhood.
