If the concept of a virtual sound bath is new to you, you're not alone. We never expected to offer our services to the digital space, but we've been guiding sound baths online since March 2020 and the feedback has been great. It's the perfect way to relax from home whenever you need immediate relief from all that's going on in your world. It's a chance to reconnect with your inner world without having to travel anywhere. 

WHAT IS A GONG BATH?

A gong bath is an immersive sound experience. It's called a 'bath'  because sound waves 'wash' over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension. By the end, you'll feel supremely relaxed, calm and happy.

DOES IT WORK VIRTUALLY?

Yes! A virtual gong bath is a great way to take a break from your screen and give your eyes and mind a rest and reset. We offer both live streamed sessions and high quality recordings to help transport you into a state of bliss whenever you need it.
 
The sound of the gong entrains your brainwaves to a relaxed and restorative state. It's a great way to reap the benefits of meditation without any experience required. All you need is to pop in your earbuds, find a comfy place to lie down, close your eyes, and listen.
